The fine print, kept short
Terms of use
Last updated 11 October 2026 · preview version
Dead Debating is a comedy podcast. The guest chat lets you put questions to AI recreations of Benjamin Franklin and Frederick Douglass. By using the chat you agree to the following.
They are not the real people
- Replies are generated by an AI model. They are not the words, views or endorsements of the real Franklin or Douglass, their descendants, or any institution.
- Text inside quotation marks is checked by exact string match against the public-domain works shown in the source cards. Everything else is paraphrase, interpretation or comedy and may be wrong.
- Nothing here is historical, legal, medical or financial advice. Check the sources before relying on anything.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
What you may not do
- Use replies to create misleading content, such as presenting an AI reply as a real quotation, or putting words in the mouths of real people living or dead.
- Use the chat to produce hateful, harassing, sexual or violent content, or try to make the guests do so.
- Try to break, overload or get around the safety rules, rate limits or terms gate.
Sharing screenshots is welcome as long as they stay recognizable as AI recreations from Dead Debating.
